Child Care Provider

 Prepares office correspondence, requisitions, receives purchase orders from Central Administration, obtains invoices, and prepares vouchers to meet the authorized financial requests of CCVRP consumers listed in their Individualized Plans for Employment. The proper documents will be taken to the Tribal Building and clocked in before 11:00 AM each morning to ensure prompt payment of program bills.  Records and keeps files on all financial transactions relating to the vocational rehabilitation services provided to CCVRP consumers that the consumers have requested and received. Records all incoming program mail and office correspondence in the CCVRP mail log.  Reconciles CCVRP’s financial figures with the monthly reports distributed from the Chippewa Cree Tribes Central Administration office to ensure accuracy and authenticity of internal financial data. Establishes a computer-programmed cuff-account that tracks CCVRP expenditures monthly.  Answers the telephone, greets applicants, consumers and visitors to CCVRP and must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. The Administrative Assistants main responsibility is to be in the office while other staff members are out conducting program business and will answer the phone, take messages and ensure that at least one staff member is in the office at all times. Establishes and supports a reciprocal working relationship with co-workers, other Federal, State and Tribal agencies and with the public.  Maintains and ensures strict confidentiality when completing sensitive program and consumer transactions, including information shared during staff meetings.  Assists the VR Counselors by conducting In-Take Interviews and applications when VR Counselors are unavailable, explains the goals and missions of the program to applicants and will perform other duties as assigned

Administrative Assistant

Executive Director

 Observe and then monitor assigned plant operations and record data from control room meters, gauges and recording chart readings. Report to supervisor any malfunctions, unusual trends or conditions of equipment. When sufficient ability acquired, may make minor corrections and report the action taken.  Collect raw water, in-process finished water and effluent samples for in-house and outside analysis. Prepare samples for laboratory tests, such as pH, chlorine and turbidity, in accordance with established procedures. Maintain appropriate records.  As assigned, clean sludge and grit from intake chambers, basins, weirs, baffles and rotating arms, using tools such as high-pressure washers, water hoses and brushes.  Perform routine maintenance on equipment, such as lubrication, oil changes and belt changes. Do routine repair work such as disassembly, repair and installation of valves, switches, process instrumentation, motors and related equipment.  Perform plan and landscape maintenance duties within scope of ability and with appropriate supervision. Water Operator

Program Manager - Solar for All

Tribal Water Resources Department DIRECTOR

 Ensures the safety and well-being of passengers being transported to and from pickup location.  Completes a comprehensive written inspection of the vehicle daily, reporting any conditions of concern to the director, or delegated staff person, before transporting passengers.  Retains fuel slip and submits to director, or delegated staff person, on a daily basis.  Ensure that the communication device (two-way radio) is in proper working order before each daily route.  Maintains constant contact with the dispatcher and keep track of passenger pickups and drop offs, as necessary.  Demonstrate patience during heavy-traffic, bad weather conditions and rude riders  Deal with complaints, issue complaint form, assist in completing from is requested, complete comment section and turn-in to director, or delegated staff person.  Arranges for and ensures completion of routine maintenance of vehicle (e.g. oil change, tire rotation), transporting the vehicle to and from maintenance and/or repair facilities.  Ensures that the vehicle always has sufficient fuel.  Complete daily paperwork such as Pre-Trip Safety Check, record daily mileage, passenger count - the number of time each passenger gets on and off, and on and off again, and maintains fuel usage logs.  Operates the vehicle in such a manner that road and safety regulations are always followed; reports any traffic violation to the director immediately.  Determines who is authorized to board van and enforce passenger guidelines.  Ability to operate efficiently and adhere to a strict timeline (deviated fixed-routes), and be flexible during the "demand/response" routes.  Follows safe vehicle loading and unloading procedures; and if necessary, assist passengers with Page 2 of 2 cargo.  Keeps the vehicles clean and free of debris; follows vehicle cleaning procedures.  Conducts monthly inventories of vehicle emergency and first aid supplies and equipment, reports needs to director or delegated staff person.  In case of accidents/emergencies, evacuates passengers according to written and practiced procedures.  In the event of an accident, assures that medical emergency procedures are followed; completes a written accident report as required and adheres to tribal procedures for accidents.  Attends and participates in pre-service and in-service trainings, and other continuing education, career and professional development opportunities.  Participates in the transit self-evaluation process and grantee monitoring visits, as requested, and complies with any program improvement plans developed.  May perform other duties related to position.
